Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chambers Academy). They never let the Southern Prep Academy Fighting Rangers get on the board and left with a 19-0 victory on Tuesday. Considering the Rebels have won six games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win was the fourth in a row for Chambers Academy, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Southern Prep Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chambers Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Fort Dale Academy at 12:00 p.m. on March 29th. As for Southern Prep Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Success Unlimited Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Southern Prep Academy has given up an average of 9.9 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
