The Seminole Chieftains pushed their score all the way to 62 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 72-62 hit to the loss column at the hands of Holdenville. Seminole has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Holdenville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kase Sipes out in front who scored 21 points. Another player making a difference was Boston Lowe, who scored 19 points.
Seminole's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Holdenville, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.
Seminole will look to defend their home court on January 12th against Ada at 6:00 p.m. Ada is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. Holdenville won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Destiny Christian at 5:00 p.m. on January 5th.
