Lower Dauphin's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Wesley Heagy, who picked up 80 receiving yards and a touchdown, and Carter Burton who threw for 152 yards and a touchdown. Heagy was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield for a catch that went for 67 yards. Hunter Strohm made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Meanwhile, Milton Hershey's recent rough patch got a bit rougher two Thursdays ago after their third straight loss. They fell 42-35 to Mifflin County. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.
Lower Dauphin's defeat on Friday dropped their record down to 5-2. Milton Hershey has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
