Leading Hagerty to victory were Ciara Hayes and Kylee Kitts. Hayes went 8 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 29 points and 5 assists, while Kitts dropped a double-double on 29 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Hayes has scored at least 25% of Hagerty's points. Another player making a difference was Isabel Lindauer, who scored 12 points along with 5 assists.
Hagerty's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Osceola, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Hagerty will face off against D at 9:00 p.m. on Friday. D presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Hagerty in Florida (D is ranked first, while Hagerty is ranked 75th). As for Osceola, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Haines City at 7:30 p.m.
