Owen Jurjavcic Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is East Palestine's Owen Jurjavcic, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Jurjavcic's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 122 rushing yards dating back to last season. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 57 yards.

His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 158 rushing yards dating back to last season.
This season, A. Lindsey has averaged 207.1 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 39.29 rushing yards per game.

Tyrell Watkins' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Wellsville over East Palestine
Wellsville was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Tyrell Watkins did his best to prevent it. Despite the defeat, Watkins was still balling out as he picked up 81 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 44 yards.
For the year, Watkins has caught 4 touchdowns while averaging 39.7 receiving yards per game.

Clayten Kersey Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Wellsville had to settle for second even though Clayten Kersey put up the best numbers he has all season. Kersey threw for 154 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 46 yards.
For the season, Kersey has thrown 6 touchdowns while averaging 88.6 passing yards per game.

Miller Posts Huge Game in 34-20 Victory
Valley Christian picked up their sixth consecutive win on Saturday thanks in part to Deion Miller. David Anderson had no answer to Miller as he threw for 134 yards and three touchdowns on only ten passes. Miller is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
For the season, Miller has thrown 19 touchdowns (and and only 1 picks) while averaging 163.1 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 11.29 passing yards per game.
