Amador won the last time they faced Stockton Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. The Amador Buffaloes put the hurt on the Stockton Christian Eagles with a sharp 71-48 win. The Buffaloes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Stockton Christian had strong showings from Jayden Chamblee, who posted 20 points, and Corbin Moore, who earned 13 points. The game was Chamblee's eighth in a row with at least ten points.

The victory got Amador back to even at 4-4. As for Stockton Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

Amador and Placer will round out the year against one another at at 8:00 p.m. on December 26th. Placer knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Amador likes a good challenge. As for Stockton Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Ripon at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Stockton Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.9 points per game this season.
