McEwen entered their tilt with Dickson County on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Dickson County Cougars by a score of 57-47. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Cougars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Coralee Grove, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine boards. Lily Christian was another key player, as she made all 7 shots she took racking up 14 points.

McEwen pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.3 points per game. As for Dickson County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

McEwen will square off against South Fulton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dickson County has already played their next matchup, a 47-46 win against Rossview on the 10th.
