Palmetto won the last time they faced Manatee and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Palmetto Tigers were the clear victor by an 81-56 margin over the Manatee Hurricanes. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Manatee still got an impressive performance from Keith Fields, who posted 17 points in addition to eight boards and five steals. The contest was Fields' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Tatum Spikes, who went 7 for 14 en route to 19 points.

Palmetto has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Manatee, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-9.

Palmetto wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 66-34 victory against Parrish Community on the 23rd. Manatee has also already played their next contest, a 58-43 win against Bradenton Christian on the 23rd.
