Lakewood has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Darlington Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lakewood will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps South Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 160th, while the Falcons are ranked 34th).
Last Tuesday, Lakewood came up short against the Bulldogs and fell 56-43.
The losing side was boosted by Cedric Cisse, who scored 23 points. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Darius Spann, who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Darlington scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They breezed by Lake City at home to the tune of 84-54. Darlington has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 26 points or more this season.
Lakewood's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Darlington, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 17 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season.
