After flying high against Veritas/Tenor last Thursday, the Cristo Rey Trailblazers came back down to earth. Cristo Rey took a serious blow against Washington County HomeSchool on Tuesday, falling 90-39. The Trailblazers won against Washington County HomeSchool in their previous head-to-head last month, too, but their margin this time around was much wider than that 78-51 finish.
The loss dropped Cristo Rey's record to 6-15. Washington County HomeSchool's win brought them up to 26-8.
Cristo Rey is staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Tenor. Cristo Rey is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight. Washington County HomeSchool has the luxury of staying at home another game and will welcome Madison Area Homeschool Sports Tigers on Saturday.
