After flying high against Countryside  last Thursday, Gibbs came back down to earth. The Gibbs Gladiators were beaten by the Northeast Vikings 36-6 on Friday. The Gladiators have struggled against the Vikings recently, as their  matchup on Friday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
 Gibbs wouldn't let Northeast keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles.  Jamiel Tramble was the leader in that area as all came courtesy of his dominant performance.
 Gibbs now  has a losing record at 1-2. As for Northeast, their  victory (their first of the  season) made their record 1-2.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gibbs will venture away from home to  square off against Sarasota  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Northeast, they will head out on the road to  take on  Tarpon Springs  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Tarpon Springs will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Northeast surely won't give up without a fight.
