Keith is 8-2 against Hatch since December of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Keith Bears will head out on the road to challenge the Hatch Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. Keith has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 997 points over their last 14 contests.
Keith posted their biggest win yet this season on Tuesday. They breezed by Johnson on the road to the tune of 83-13. Given Keith's advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 202nd, while Johnson is ranked 470th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Keith to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tommy Tisdale III, who scored 24 points. Another player making a difference was Miles Hannah, who scored 24 points.
Meanwhile, Hatch put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Johnson 102-49 on the road.
Keith pushed their record up to 13-8 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 49 points. As for Hatch, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.
Keith didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Hatch when the teams last played two weeks ago, but they still walked away with a 74-70 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Keith since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
