On Saturday, Trenton Catholic Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over West Catholic, taking the game 57-48.
Mayah Alford continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last six times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Moore, who scored seven points along with five assists and five steals.
Trenton Catholic Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for West Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
Trenton Catholic Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Cinnaminson at 6:00 p.m. Cinnaminson has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for West Catholic, they will head out on the road to take on St. Hubert Catholic for Girls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
