Laurence Manning Academy came out on top against John Paul II on Tuesday thanks in part to Maggie Welch's efforts. Welch scored four runs while going 1-for-3, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Coming up, Welch and Laurence Manning Academy will challenge Ben Lippen at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
