Detroit is 9-1 against Bowie since January of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Detroit Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bowie Pirates at 4:30 p.m.
Last Tuesday, things could have been worse for Detroit, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 43-29 loss to Clarksville. Detroit has not had much luck with Clarksville recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Bowie didn't have too much trouble with Maud on the road on Thursday as they won 51-34. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bowie.
Detroit's defeat dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Bowie, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.
Detroit took their victory against Bowie in their previous meeting back in January of 2023 by a conclusive 55-30. Does Detroit have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bowie turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
