While losing is never fun, Bolles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 198th, while Episcopal School of Jacksonville is ranked 40th).
Bolles' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was CJ Ennis, who scored nine points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Ferguson, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds.
Bolles' defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Episcopal School of Jacksonville, they pushed their record up to 13-2 with that victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bolles will take on University Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. University Christian is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. As for Episcopal School of Jacksonville, they will be playing at home against Creekside at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
