Good Samaritan HomeSchool has gone 3-0 against Community Christian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Good Samaritan HomeSchool Hornets will head out to take on the Community Christian Lions at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Good Samaritan HomeSchool has 13 straight victories, Community Christian has seven straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
Last Thursday, Good Samaritan HomeSchool earned a 61-52 win over Harmony Science Academy. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Hornets were down 31-16 in the second quarter.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Good Samaritan HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dominic Fogo, who went 9 for 16 on his way to 21 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. Fogo is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of George Fogo, who went 6 for 13 on his way to 15 points and five steals.
Good Samaritan HomeSchool smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Community Christian took on School of the Woods on Friday. Community Christian took a blow against School of the Woods, falling 82-32. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1372nd, while the Wildcats are ranked 537th).
Good Samaritan HomeSchool will have to contain Will Kratzer as he made an impact in Community Christian's last game. He posted 17 points.
Good Samaritan HomeSchool's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points per game. As for Community Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-11.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Good Samaritan HomeSchool hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 57.5 points per game. It's a different story for Community Christian, though, as they've been averaging only 37.8 points. The only thing between Good Samaritan HomeSchool and another offensive beatdown is Community Christian. Will they be able to keep them contained?
Everything came up roses for Good Samaritan HomeSchool against Community Christian in their previous meeting back in November, as the team secured a 55-23 victory. In that match, Good Samaritan HomeSchool amassed a halftime lead of 32-5, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Monday.
