St. Joseph's Prep has gone 8-2 against La Salle College recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. Meanwhile, La Salle College faced Roman Catholic in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Explorers fell just short of the Cahillite by a score of 39-36. The loss was the Explorers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, La Salle College fell to 4-1. As for St. Joseph's Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
