After flying high against Oak Hill  last Wednesday, Piketon came back down to earth. The Redstreaks lost  3-0 to the New Lexington Panthers on Tuesday.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-14,  25-6.
Piketon's offense was headlined by  Haydn Daniels and  Ryanne Moore, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from  Larkin Vulgamore and her 13 assists. Finally,  Moore was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Piketon's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for New Lexington, the  victory was  the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-2.
