Village's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Shaniya Williams, who scored 23 points along with six assists and six rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Williams has scored at least 25% of Village's points. Mila Rossini was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with seven rebounds.
Village is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Stephenville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-7.
