Desert can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They blew past the Boron Bobcats 3-0. The match marked the Scorpions' most dominant win of the season so far.

The victory didn't come easy: Boron scored at least 21 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-21, 27-25.

Despite the loss, Boron still got an impressive performance from Mia Naples, who had 21 digs.

Desert's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-6. As for Boron, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-8-1 record this season.

Desert has already played their next contest (against California City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Boron, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Kern Valley on the 18th.
