When it comes to explaining why Key West lost, one person who can't be blamed is Tramane Scott. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kameron Roberts, who scored 12 points along with six assists and six rebounds.
Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) was led to victory by Noah Rodriguez and Tony Guerrero. Rodriguez scored 20 points, while Guerrero scored 21 points along with six assists and six rebounds. Rodriguez continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Jayson Ramirez was another key contributor, scoring six points along with eight rebounds.
Key West bumped their record down to 6-8 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Somerset Academy (Silver Palms), the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-3.
