Lucas Miles posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out four batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Miles and Pinecrest Academy will challenge Scholars Guild Academy on Friday.
