The Hyndman Charter School Hornets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their ninth straight loss. They were dealt a 78-49 defeat at the hands of Hancock. Hyndman Charter School has struggled against the Panthers recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Aiden McCarty was nothing short of spectacular for Hancock: he scored 25 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McCarty has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Anderson, who scored eight points along with seven steals and five assists.
Hyndman Charter School dropped their record down to 1-9 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Hancock, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hyndman Charter School will take on the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hancock, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Huskies at 7:00 p.m. on January 31st.
