Legacy Prep Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Molly Steed, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Steed is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last five games she's played. Hailey Carr was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with four steals.
St. Thomas Episcopal's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Legacy Prep Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 15-11.
