Woodson led DCIAA - Eastern in scoring this week after putting up 48 points on Anacostia.
Anacostia's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Indians feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. DeQuan Turner has thrown for 1106 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, while Don'Tae Lee has 23 catches for 402 yards. Laquan Barber leads the league in rushing with 188 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Indians and Ballou. Anacostia enters the game ranked 12th in the state, while the Knights ranks 17th.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Cato June's team takes on Ballou. The Indians have allowed 144 points this season, while Jason Lane's team has given up 146. Anacostia allowed 29 points last week as it lost to Archbishop Carroll.
The Warriors made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,352 from 4,760. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 48-40 victory over the Indians last week.
