Glenpool have had to suffer through a 4-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took the matchup and then some with a 66-0 victory on Friday over Hale. Glenpool were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The win bumped Glenpool's record up to 1-4. The defeat dropped Hale's record to 1-4.
Next week Glenpool take on Ada at 7:30 PM. Those two teams have set a high bar for this match after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. As for Hale, they will face off against McAlester. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
