The White Pine Bobcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Saturday. They took their  contest at home  with ease, bagging a  65-8 win over GV Christian. That looming  65-8 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for White Pine yet this  season.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead White Pine to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Brenley Skadburg, who  scored 16 points along with eight  rebounds. The  matchup was  Skadburg's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Paityn Lawrence, who  scored 15 points along with five  rebounds.
 White Pine is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four games,  which provided a massive bump to their 3-5 record this season. As for GV Christian,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 2-7.
 White Pine will take on Moapa Valley in a holiday battle at 1:30  p.m.  on Tuesday at. Hopefully Moapa Valley focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 24 on Friday. GV Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lake Mead Academy at 5:30  p.m.  on January 9, 2024.
