The Mary G. Montgomery Vikings extended their postseason success on Friday against the Enterprise Wildcats. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Wildcats 13-10. The victory was just business as usual for Mary G. Montgomery, who after 12 games remain undefeated this season.
Jared Hollins threw for 196 yards on 16 of 29 attempts. Shondell Harris was his top target, picking up 66 receiving yards.
Mary G. Montgomery's win bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Enterprise, their loss dropped their record down to 9-3.
Mary G. Montgomery will take on Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Central's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last seven games. Enterprise does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
