The Kemmerer Rangers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight defeat. They took a 33-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rich. If Kemmerer was looking for revenge after losing 33-31 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Rich's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Molly Weston led the charge by scoring nine points along with four steals. Braylyn Pugmire was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with two steals.
Kemmerer has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Rich, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-4.
