The Halls Red Devils's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their third straight  loss. They were just a bucket shy of victory  and fell  63-62 to Anderson County. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
 Halls' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Kaiden Stanton, who  scored 15 points along with seven  rebounds. Stanton continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last five games he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Gabe Holmes, who  scored 11 points along with two  steals.
 Halls' lineup was just a bit different  on Friday as  Stanton got a bit more time on the court (26 vs. his season average of 13.11). Stanton made the most of the opportunity,  scoring 15 points along with seven  rebounds. A few more games like that and  he might be seeing even more time going forward.
 Halls' loss dropped their record down to 11-16. As for Anderson County, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won eight of their last ten matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record  this season.
 Halls does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Anderson County also has no future games currently scheduled.
