Northside waltzed into their game on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Jonesboro Hurricane. The Grizzlies were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Hurricane, so the Grizzlies were just returning the favor.

While Northside won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-21.

Paisley Hogan paced Northside's offense, picking up 11 kills. Hogan got some help from Kamdyn Flemming and her 23 assists.

Northside's record now sits at 7-4. As for Jonesboro, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2-1.

Northside has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Southside on the 13th. As for Jonesboro, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Wynne on the 15th.
