Glenn can attribute much of their success to Addison Reese, who scored 17 points along with seven steals. Those seven steals set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Daelynn Nance, who scored six points.
When it comes to explaining why South Bend Riley lost, one person who can't be blamed is Serinity Pinkney. Despite the final result, she scored three points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Those five steals set a new season-high mark for her.
Glenn has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for South Bend Riley, they bumped their record down to 1-9 with that loss, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.
Glenn will face off against Plymouth at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
