After flying high against Tuscaloosa Home Educators  on Monday, East Central HomeSchool came back down to earth. The East Central HomeSchool Patriots wound up on the wrong side of a  tough 19-5 walloping at the hands of the Southern Christian Patriots on Tuesday. East Central HomeSchool has not had much luck with Southern Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
  Jacob Lane was cooking despite his team's loss,   scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-1.
 On Southern Christian's side, they let  Jayden McKee and  Jedd Scott loose on the outfield. McKee  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, six  RBI,  and two  stolen bases, while  Scott  went 3-for-3 with four  runs, four  RBI,  and a  triple. McKee is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last five games he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Elijah Bailey, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 1-for-2.
 East Central HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Southern Christian, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-11 record  this season.
 East Central HomeSchool will head out on the road to  challenge  Varsity Opponent on Friday. Southern Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
