On Friday, The Tatum Coyotes faced the Logan Longhorns in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Tatum took a serious blow against Logan, falling 50-12. Tatum was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Logan apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Joshua Harris threw for 63 yards on three of nine attempts. Matthew Cervantes was his top target, rushing for ten yards. On the ground, Carlos Martinez rushed for 63 yards.
Tatum's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Logan, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
Tatum does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Logan is also done with their season.
