Carlyle added to the longest winning streak in Cahokia this week by beating Eldorado, 29-14. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Indians.
Freeburg lost to Greenville 49-22 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Central's Josh Dunning and Jacob Timmerman have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-11 quarterback Dunning has thrown for 1,423 yards this season, while Timmerman has 34 catches for 481 yards. Dupo's Tyler Barnes leads the league in rushing yards with 1,005.
The Midgets made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,299 from 10,430. The improvement was largely due to a 49-22 victory over Freeburg last week.
