Altamonte Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Marcus Goss Jr. out in front who scored 18 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Goss Jr. has scored all season. Ryan Almeda was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with two steals.
Winthrop College Prep Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Altamonte Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.
