The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-high in  strikeouts (three). He was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-3 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI. He is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last six games he's  played.

With the  win, Manistee broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-9. As for Ludington, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manistee will head out to  face off against Evart  at 10:40  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Ludington, they will square off against Hart at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. The Pirates have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.85  runs per game on average), something the Orioles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
