St. Mary's Ryken extended the longest winning streak in Freelance this week by beating Options Charter, 51-0. The win marks fourth in a row for the St. Mary's Ryken.
Jerry Franks' team took down the Panthers 51-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Jordan Keefer was the most productive running back in the league this week. In four carries, he ran for 102 yards as Hancock lost to Allegany. Teammate Jesse Wolford added to the ground attack by rushing for 51 yards.
Eastern Christian Academy's David Sills and Daikiel Shorts have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-4 quarterback Sills has thrown for 719 yards this season, while Shorts has 14 catches for 307 yards. The Panthers' Keefer leads the league in rushing yards with 545.
A big matchup in Freelance this week will be when Mountain Ridge takes on Fort Hill. The Miners are currently in 15th, while the Sentinels are in third.
Bishop Walsh led the league in scoring this week after putting up 58 points on Virginia Lions.
