Breese Central waltzed into their game on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Columbia Eagles 74-33. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Breese Central is also on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 25-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for Columbia, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Breese Central will head out to square off against Okawville at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Columbia, they will head out on the road to take on Triad at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
