The Pitman Panthers will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Pennsville Memorial Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Pennsville Memorial took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Pitman, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Pitman strolled past Gateway Regional with points to spare, taking the game 20-6. The win was just what Pitman needed coming off of a 46-22 defeat in their prior match.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 42 points the game before, Pennsville Memorial were a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They had to suffer through a rough 32-3 loss at the hands of Penns Grove. Pennsville Memorial was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 26-3.
Pitman's victory on Friday bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Pennsville Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
Pitman beat Pennsville Memorial 14-7 when the teams last played back in October of 2022. Does Pitman have another victory up their sleeve, or will Pennsville Memorial turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
