Volleyball Recap: Wendell Comes Up Short

Wendell lost against Malad on Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Trojans lost 3-0 to the Dragons.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-2, 25-12.

When it comes to explaining why Wendell lost, don't look at Kaleimys Nieves-Ramos. Despite the final result, she had 11 digs. Nieves-Ramos is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played.

Wendell's loss dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Malad, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-9.
