The biggest upset of the week belonged to Lincoln-Way North, who took down 73rd ranked Andrew, 37-20. Julian Hylton ran for 150 yards in the win.
Thornton extended the longest winning streak in Southwest Suburban - Red this week by beating Thornridge, 55-6. The victory was the sixth in a row for the Wildcats.
Lincoln-Way North's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Phoenix feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ryan Arthur has thrown for 859 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Conor McDonald has 26 catches for 291 yards. Hylton leads the league in rushing with 986 yards.
Hylton of the the Phoenix is only 14 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Bradley-Bourbonnais takes on Lincoln-Way West. The Boilermakers are currently in second, while the Warriors are in third.
Lincoln-Way North moved up to 115 from 164 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Southwest Suburban - Red. George Czart's team was able to make the jump by beating the Thunderbolts 37-20.
