The Montgomery Central Timberwolves can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They managed a 14-8 victory over Asheboro. The victory was just what Montgomery Central needed coming off of a 49-7 defeat in their prior game.
Despite the loss, Asheboro still got an impressive performance from QUINCY LEE, who rushed for 137 yards while picking up 7.2 yards per carry.
Montgomery Central's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Asheboro, their loss was their eighth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 1-9.
Montgomery Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Asheboro also has no future games currently scheduled.
