1. Dover
Head coach: TBA
2015 finish: 14-4
The Green Wave won the Division I title last season as a No. 4 seed and will have to defend their two consecutive titles with a new coach and without four players who earned all-state honors. First-team players Molly St. Germain (pitcher), Ashley Deyo (catcher) and Emily Schlapak (infield) have moved on, as has second-teamer Caroline Schoenbucher (infield). Senior pitcher Teagan Bostrom has the most returning experience in the circle.

2. Bishop Guertin (Nashua)Head coach: Nicole Adamson
2015 finish: 13-5
The Cardinals reached the Division I semifinals last season and first team all-state catcher Neysa Ouellette is back after first-team all-state honors as a sophomore. Junior pitcher Bridget Soraghan was a second-team selection last season as well. Two first-team outfielders graduated so some offense will need to be replaced.

3. Salem
Head coach: Harold Sachs
2015 finish: 14-4
The Blue Devils fell in extra innings in the Division I title game and return with enough talent to get there again - not to mention a longtime coach. Second team all-state infielder Brooke Murphy is back as a senior to lead the way.

4. Windham
Head coach: David Hedge
2015 finish: 14-3
The Jaguars were ousted early in the Division II playoffs but have second team all-state pitcher Jamie Cleasby back for her senior season. First team selection Rachel Estes returns for her junior campaign as an infielder and Rachel Rogers was an honorable mention choice as an infielder and she can pitch as well.

5. Concord
Head coach: Duke Sawyer
2015 finish: 12-6
A returning Division I semifinalist, Concord must replace first team all-state players Debra Morrill and Cassidy Emerson. Junior pitcher Delia Barry came on strong last season and two other underclass players with experience will also be available to pitch.
