Leading West Charlotte to victory were Sincere Gray and Jamouri Nichols. Gray rushed for 92 yards and one score on only eight carries, while Nichols rushed for 65 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Myers Park's loss came despite strong showings from Josh Falzarano Jr and Chaz Portis. Falzarano Jr rushed for 114 yards and one TD, while Portis picked up 56 receiving yards and one score. Falzarano Jr's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 113 rushing yards.
