The Strawn Greyhounds's game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Bluff Dale 53-20 at home. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-7.
Despite the loss, Bluff Dale saw an underclassman step up: Kallie Dotson scored five points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Strawn's win bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Bluff Dale, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Strawn will take on the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Gorman is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for Bluff Dale, they will be playing at home against the at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
