It was a good run, but Falls City unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Three Rivers Bulldogs, falling 18-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Beavers have suffered since February 25th.

Falls City's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 11-6. As for Three Rivers, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Falls City will take on rival Charlotte at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Three Rivers is set to challenge their familiar foe Sabinal at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
