Harvest Community won the last time they faced Parker and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors' pitchers stepped up to hand the Braves a 16-0 shutout. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 contests by eight runs or more this season.

Meredith Harmer made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one hit in five consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Marley Elliott was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with one home run, three stolen bases, and three runs. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more stolen bases the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Elise Harmer, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Harvest Community always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .571. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .538 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

Harvest Community's victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Parker, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Coming up, Harvest Community will take on Countryside Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Minutemen have averaged an impressive 9.3 runs per game this season. As for Parker, they will head out on the road to challenge Stanton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Braves' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Blue Devils have averaged an impressive 12.5 runs per game this season.
