Geno Perry Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Lowellville got the W thanks in part to Geno Perry playing the best football he has all season. Perry rushed for 282 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.1 rushing touchdowns per game. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.

Dante Gentile was instrumental in extending Springfield's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop Gentile as he rushed for 187 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 115 rushing yards.
This year, Gentile has run in 18 touchdowns while averaging 175.4 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 100.89 rushing yards per game.
